Granite City Food and Brewery

We were here for restaurant week for 3 course menu. 2 for $30. Idaho nachos as app , ny strip steak with fries and lastly cookie fudge and ice cream. The app was really good and so was our dessert - cookie fudge and ice cream. However I was very disappointed with the main entree. The fries were way too salty and the steak wasn't seasoned at all and had no flavor. I was very excited to try this place with so many recommendations from friends. The total bill for 2 was 70 with tax before tip

Had a fantastic experience in this place with my kids. The food comes quickly and the customer service is just good. Prices are convenient.

They were very busy so I sat at the bar (it was a little after 2 on a Sunday). Thomas was friendly and professional. The food was great and I loved their in house brews. I’ll definitely be back.

Taco Tuesday was excellent. The specials were exceptional but I was surprised that for a microbrewery they ran out of all of the seasonal beers in the middle the month. The menu has typical brewery fair but with a special artisan touch that will appeal to the foodies

The atmosphere is very cool with the brewery feel and kegs worked into the ambiance of a warehouse. They have a very clean bathroom with a wheelchair accessible stall. There was no changing table there but there did appear to be a family restroom. We h.c ad the Asian salad and the beef li main bowl, which were good but nothing spectacular. The waitress had warned us that ordering from two separate kitchens would mean a slightly staggered receiving if the meals; however his salad came out long before our ice waters were even brought to the table. Even then, it was a quite noticeable difference. I saw one of the wait staff with two bowls, carrying one under her arm, which seemed a bit unsanitary. I hope mine was never handled that way. There were several options on the menu from the Asian foods to the brewery foods. I would give it another try again, but maybe not right at open. It was barely half full when we arrived and hoping as we left.

One of the better micro-breweries. Nice modern atmosphere and decor. Tried the fried cauliflower which was quite tasty. For my meal I had the four alarm chicken sandwich. I can handle a lot of heat so this want too spicy for me. Our waiter was nice and prompt. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Great place. Good food. Andrew our waiter was pleasant. He was able to accommodate my request as far as having a combo shrimp and fish tacos. Beer was excellent...stout and IPA. Good crowd and nice ambience.

I had the Cajun pasta recently and it was really good. The waiter my friends and I had was very attentive, polite, and had a good sense of humor for our annual girls dinner. Drinks there are delicious too! I would recommend the Blueberry long island, Spicy margarita, & Cucumber mule for cocktail options. Also, went for brunch on Easter last year. The choices/variety of food offered was perfect for the price.

The under 600 calorie meals are good. I was not impressed with the rib eye but it was decent. We did a flight of beer that was actually cheaper than a regular size beer. The blueberry beer and citra ipa were both great.

Food is always amazing! Great selection. By the way, ask for Eddy! He always takes great care of us, very attentive, speedy, and nice. You can tell he loves what he does and always has a good attitude.

This spot is superb and broad, the meals was yummy and the rates were very economical. quickly, efficient service and very affable staff members. Will definitely recommend this spot.
